TONY OURSLERTHE VIDEO KING has a new exhibition at Metro Pictures. Artist, Tony Oursler had done it again. To my delight and fascination, the new show is fabulous. I was fortunate to see his very first show, and remember that I was shocked to see these little faces peering out from various vessels and talking to me. I was enchanted and awed. I asked, who is this guy, and what is he trying to tell me. In my amusement I found that the artist did communicate with me on every piece in that show, and I never stopped telling others about his work. That was over 15 years ago...His work is even more refined and a certainly spectacular in this exhibition of new work.
